KAP Sudiyono & Vera is a Public Accounting Firm established by Sudiyono as managing partner of the head office in Samarinda together with RR Vera Yuliyanti as partner of the branch office in Yogyakarta. In accordance with the deed of establishment number 5 on November 9, 2017 and its amendments, the latest under number 4 on December 12, 2022 made before Ferdinand Bustani, SH, a notary in Samarinda.

KAP Sudiyono & Vera which based in Samarinda has obtained a business license through the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3/KM.1/2018, which was stipulated in Jakarta on January 4, 2018.

Sudiyono as managing partner based in Samarinda has obtained a Public Accountant license through the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 767/KM.1/2017, which was stipulated in Jakarta on August 7, 2017.

Sudiyono (Managing Partner) and RR Vera Yuliyanti (Partner) are Public Accountants who have been registered and associated with:
